Whats the importance of a ring on your thumb?

…… I see many people, especially women, wear a ring on thumb.Does say anything? If am in a club and I spot a lady with a ring on her thumb (believe me, I see lots of them), I'm supposed to read something out of it, or it's just bling, wherever it can fit, including in the South?

It is probably fair fashion. However, it is interesting you brought this up because I was talking with some friends of mine and someone raised this point also. She said she meets many lesbians who wear them and she told me it's probably a secret symbol made their sexual preference. No not true, but interesting observation at least.

Why are all these dark sunglasses, bold colors now?

I am looking for my first pair of eyeglasses, but I have trouble to find anything that I really like. I like some styles, but the colors are so dark and bold. (black, dark blue, dark purple. all black!) I have very fair skin, blond hair and blue eyes (but not really the type that stand out). These black, dark blue, dark purple, frameworks, etc. stick like a sore thumb on my face. I see some baby pink, soft blue, purple or light frames, colors is generally milder. Does anyone know what happens with all stores carrying only really dark colors? I want to see! But I can not find all frame styles in the right colors for my face, so I can order my glasses. Eeeek!

I could have written your post word for word (except for a blonde part). I like plastic, but you're right, they are all so brave to the future. I want them to melt in my face rather than holding the stroke. Maybe I'll go for the metal frames myself. Good luck!
