Is it advisable to wear glasses all the time?

I only had glasses for the last four years. I usually not wear my goggles in classes where I have to read off the board, and just recently I started wearing them read books and music. Overall my vision is not so bad, about 20-30 to 20-40 and is a slight astigmatism which prompted obtain glasses. I usually does not my glasses in social situations and outside of class in general, but often I find myself suspicious to read menus on the restaurant walls and print another. Should I wear my glasses all the time regardless of context or is it acceptable to wear only in situations where I really need them?

I personally prefer to use white wine or sherry cooking wine versus red in all dishes but especially with chicken … If you do drink red wine, you may not like the taste it leaves in cooking. I drink red wine, love, actually, but I hate cooking leaves a sour taste. White wine has a subtle flavor that adds to any dish though.
