I need a uniform of the nurse in a haunted house. Where can I find one?

I work in a haunted house this fall. I need something that looks authentic, but a bit scary and sexy. However, everything I found online is either plain jane, or too risky. I do have a nurse uniform, but it is too short. Neither do I need to find a way to extend the hem of my dress in progress or find another. I intend to make adjustments to suit the occasion and go on top, but I need some thing to work. Can anyone help?? Where can I find a good nurse dress? Or how can I make my dress longer, or add a skirt without it looks cheap? Please help!
