Who thinks it is unfair that guys can walk around topless, but girls can not?

Men can go in the street, topless but if a woman does it she gets arrested or yelled at. Even if a woman wears a bra or sports top tube in public, she is often criticized, Does anyone think it's not fair? And anyone know why the law / people working in this way, or how to change?

The clothes are worn to protect our skin. Less clothes mean more protection and that protection would be hair. If we did not invent the clothing of our bodies are always covered with fur like prehistoric man. Because clothing we became what we are today. (Less hair) Do you guys like to suck nipples hairy? Guess not. Thus, for girls who do not like it that you would bare your breasts, because the hair does growing on them. If they let you go always naked, the hair will probably grow.
