Black Blue
How can I add blue highlights in my hair jet black?
I saw a raven's wing a while ago and is the most beautiful color blue-black and I want all my hair color.i who have black hair natural, but I use the color jet black temporary monthly to make it more dark and it looks amazing on me.I tried a temporary blue dye black but it looked like black.does anyone have any ideas? and I want nothing permanent. What type and brand of color do I need to get? I do not want to bleach my hair.
The permanently get the blue reflection is to launder sections that you want to dye first, then apply the color blue. Non-permanently is to use hair mascara or gel color, but with black hair your best bet is probably the mascara. Both products are washing in one to two washes.

Round Reading
Relocating to Salt Lake City, would like to live in a good area of town with a young year swimming program?
Looking a good year for the swim program children, and would like to live in a nice area of town, even though I know the city is really nice. What suburbs that are more pleasant between 200 and 250,000 for housing with good school districts. Not afraid to drive 20 minutes. I read that NE of the city is really nice, but I'm really not that much information. Any info would be appreciated on addresses, zip codes, school districts and swimming all year. Thank you.
A friend of mine lives in the SLC area, "said Cottonwood area has swimming programs. But said the pleasant suburb between 200 and 250K that exist outside the valley of Salt Lake City (as Tooele County or Utah County)

Blue Black
that blue hair colors are recommended for black hair? Colourshines sabastian are any good?
Hello, my hair is dark black I want to add a semi-permanent or temporary daark blue tint to it. Does anyone have an idea of what products would be a good idea, nothing too damaging. im thinking about colourshines sabatian in their black orchid .. black / blue, but not sure if u can see the color blue hair, I want something kind of significant. thank you! i dont kno how to respond, then add more details – I'm black, so dark & lovely is much better than colourshines? I do not want any something is not right. And I want a realllly DEEEP blue / black so u can really see the light or something and doesn't look too scary
If you have dark hair colurshines would be the safest way to go. There's a shadow that will really add a good blue color .. I forgot the name of the shade, but it is the color of it is like a cookie Monstories blue. His dark hair so I put it on mine it would be a bright blue mad … anyway I would try.
