Why are not skyscraper colors more vibrant?

Most architects want their buildings to dominate the horizon is an understatement. Today large skyscrapers are built in record levels. Meanwhile colors, most of them are dull as black gray, blue and brown. Although I am not a big fan of Dallas, is one thing I admire the night sky. All the buildings there were colored lights. Why did they not skyscrapers of red paint, blue, green, yellow, purple, orange and teal? How about vermilion, orange, lemon green, cyan, coral and indigo? Why should they always cool colors instead of warm colors. One thing that I think would be nice is a skyscraper with glass windows in red. I'd like to see windows amaranth with solar film. What do you think of this?

Very good question and point. It comes down to costs. Most field, all consisting of concrete, steel or glass. It is more expensive to change the color of concrete, then use the natural color. Steel is steel color. The glass is dark and thought because it's not expensive to heat a building (from the human body and energy electronics) then it is to cool. Also, if you start using dynamic colors, and the skyscraper would be more interesting instead of circular or rectangular. This adds extra costs for architects. It is much cheaper to design a square, then stack copies of it on top of another for a skyscraper. Also, because of their lending terms, most skyscrapers are not built without substantial preleasing requirements. Companies are always finding the best deal, then they will choose the best value – not necessarily the most attractive building. To summarize, it is cheaper to standardize skyscraper.
